AI Training & Workshops

AI for Business, Done Responsibly.

Is your team ready to put AI to work? MSI's AI Engineers lead training and workshop sessions for people at every level of experience, from first exposure to advanced technique.

Training is built around your team's day-to-day work, not generic slideshows, so employees leave knowing exactly how to apply AI to the tasks in front of them.

Overview

Training built around how your team works

We start by learning how your team works today, then build each session around the tools and use cases that matter most to your organization. Attendees walk away with skills they can use the same afternoon, plus enough confidence to keep exploring on their own.

Our sessions run from foundational concepts through advanced technique and can be delivered once or on a recurring basis as new staff joins, and new tools arrive.

What attendees say

Quotes from workshop attendees:

The workshop was fantastic overall, providing valuable information to both those who are just getting started on their AI journey, along with those who have been utilizing AI without any formal training (like myself).

I appreciated the prompting framework which will be highly valuable share with my team so they can spend less time with several, more generic prompts into minimal, highly detailed prompts so they get their answers faster while consuming less tokens in the process.

The topics and pace were great. The presentation was not a re-hash of existing information but rather real-time info & solutions. James was both engaging and knowledgeable, providing valuable information and practical experience.

I like how you got everyone to try to write their own prompt following the RTCF framework themselves so they could instantly see how better prompts helped them to achieve their objectives.

I thought this was a great workshop! I learned more than I expected to understand, and the pacing was very easy to follow!

The MSI team did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend to peers and will attend future events.

The questions prospective clients ask us most about AI training. Anything else, a real person will answer today.

Every session is hands-on. Attendees work in the tools, rather than watch a presentation about them. We cover practical use cases for your industry, the safe and responsible guidelines your organization needs people to follow, and the specific techniques that separate useful output from generic output. Your team will leave with a written reference and prompts they built themselves during the session.

IT staff benefit, but these sessions are built for a broader audience. The most productive mix is department leads and frontline staff who will use the tools daily, plus a decision maker who can turn what comes out of the session into policy.

Both, depending on the session. We run deep dive sessions on specific AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT, and broader workshops such as our AI Champion workshop, where attendees identify use cases in their own work and leave with a plan for one of them. Most organizations get value from attending at least one of each.

Either works. A single workshop attended delivers usable skills on its own. Many organizations move to a recurring schedule to onboard new hires, refresh skills, and cover new tools as they arrive. AI technology changes fast enough that a session from a year ago can become out of date. MSI is committed to keeping your team fresh on the latest.
