We plan to expand our efforts to include Green Roofs on future building projects, energy efficient LEDs in all branch locations, upgrading to tankless water heater systems, and modernizing our car fleet with fuel-efficient models.
We have been working with Metro Sales since 2011. From the get-go, our account manager and the service team at Metro Sales made it a seamless transition from getting the new machine and providing training to helping get our old equipment shipped back to our vendor who was less than helpful. Any issues with the machine have always been resolved quickly by the service team. I am confident that I have the best Metro Sales offers for my business.
Metro Sales has the best service team that I have had to work with, they are very knowledgeable about all of the equipment. They take the time to explain everything to you, and they never talk down to you, which is so hard to find these days, they treat you with such great respect. They are such a great group of people to work with.
Metro Sales attitude and professionalism has never faltered. I never felt that I was bothering them, asking too many questions and/or too much of them.
