Keep student records aligned with FERPA and out of model training data, with access limited to the people who should have it.

Records retention, audit-ready documentation, and public accountability, all maintained when an AI layer sits on top of the process.

Legal

Client confidentiality, bar association guidance, and retention requirements, with case material kept out of systems that could expose it.

Advertising

NDAs, unreleased campaigns, and client trade secrets protected while your team still gets the benefit of AI-assisted production.

Financial

Data security, examiner expectations, and audit requirements met while account and transaction information stays protected.

Healthcare

Protected health information handled under agreements that actually cover it, with governance spanning clinical and administrative use.

Manufacturing

Designs, specifications, and customer requirements protected under NDA while your team uses AI across engineering and production support.

Transportation

Accurate records and regulatory documentation kept organized and retrievable, with AI use that holds up under inspection.

Production Print

What clients say

Told straight, by the people who hired us

Once you sign with Metro Sales, you are not forgotten about. The sale partner who signed you up keeps in touch with you the whole time to make sure everything is going well and to see if there is anything that they can do for you. They really seem to care.

Financial Controller Financial Services

Working with our Account Manager has been fantastic. When it comes to certain technology in our office, we are less than eager to make changes. They have always been patient and understanding of that. We move slowly on these changes and we appreciate them understanding our needs and our timelines.

Office Manager Structural Engineering

Metro Sales attitude and professionalism has never faltered. I never felt that I was bothering them, asking too many questions and/or too much of them. When conflicts arose, I believe the mutual respect we have for each other, allowed us to resolve conflicts or problems with a reasonable and rational outcome. The partnership we have with Metro Sales, is the best I have ever experienced and look forward to many more years of creating and making things better.

FAQ

Questions we get
before the first call

The questions prospective clients ask us most about AI compliance. Anything else, a real person will answer today.

Ask us directly

Your team is likely already using free, public AI tools. Without a written policy and an approved tools list, you have no visibility into which ones or what goes into them. A workable policy covers approved tools, what data can go into each, when human review is required, and who to ask when it is unclear. MSI's AI experts guide how to draft these regularly and can build yours around the rules you already follow.

In most cases, yes. Your obligations to clients, patients, students, or regulators do not transfer to a third-party vendor because an employee pasted something into a browser. Approved tools on business terms, clear data classification, and training on both keep this from becoming an incident.

There is no single federal AI law. What exists is a patchwork: state rules on AI in employment decisions, state AI governance acts, chatbot and healthcare disclosure requirements, and privacy laws adding opt-out rights for automated decisions. Some have been challenged in court and rewritten, so the map keeps moving. In Europe, the EU AI Act generally reaches businesses placing systems on the EU market, not U.S.-only operations. In practice, the sector rules you already follow do most of the work. MSI tracks the changes and keeps you in the loop when one affects you.

This depends on your policy and how your insurance provider reads it, and this remains unsettled. Ask your broker directly and get the answer in writing. Documented policy, approved tools, and access controls put you in a much stronger position for that conversation either way. MSI can help support this process and supply the documentation.

Network and endpoint visibility gives you part of the picture through web traffic, browser extensions, and installed applications. The more reliable approach is to give people good tools on business terms so their AI usage has somewhere to go, then monitor adoption in the platforms you approved. MSI does both.
