Sales Representatives:
Job Locations: Minnesota
Position Objectives:
A Territory Representative is needed to bring information technology to approximately 2,000
business establishments in the metropolitan area. The geographic area includes a product
population of over 100 units and a client base of over 100 large, medium, and small businesses.
The representative will need skills in contact management techniques, basic PC knowledge, and the
intellectual aptitude to understand computer peripheral products and networking options. The
sale of multifunctional devices that print, copy, fax and scan represents 50% to 75% of product
placements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales Representatives are responsible for the marketing and sales of our products in designated geographic territory. You will be responsible for acquiring and developing new accounts in your territory as well as working with an existing account base and its further development
- Representatives are required to meet sales objectives and solve customer problems
- Assist in maintaining customer satisfaction through personal and telephone follow-ups.
- Invest time and energy in training to increase sales, improve skills and show self-motivation

Service Representatives:

Job Summary:
- Learn the fundamentals of effective field repair
- Attend manufacturer service training programs
